Deskripsi Kerja

Location: UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (Next to LRT Subang Jaya)

Salary Package:

• Basic: RM2,400
• KPI Allowance: RM300
• Shift Allowance: Up to RM500
• Total Earning: RM3,200 – RM3,500++

Working Schedule:

• 5 Days Rotational Shifts (8AM – 10PM)
• 9.5 hrs/day (including breaks)

Job Scope:

• Handle calls, live chat & emails on Telco products & services.
• Provide accurate info & resolve customer issues professionally.
• Achieve monthly KPIs.

Requirements:

• Min. SPM (Credit) with 6 months CCE experience.
• Fresh grads with Diploma are welcome.
