Deskripsi Kerja

INNO WANGSA OILS & FATS SDN BHD is seeking a Shipping Documentation Assistant to manage end-to-end export documentation processes. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and international shipping regulations.
• Coordinating with logistics and finance teams for invoicing and shipment schedules.
• Handling Letters of Credit and ministry-related documentation.
• Overseeing Bill of Lading issuance and marine insurance claims.
• Monitoring accounts receivable and supporting top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Preferred Languages: English and Bahasa Melayu
