TKS ESTATE SDN BHD is looking for an experienced Asian Malay Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Jonker Walk, Melaka. As the second-in-command, you will assist the Head Chef in managing daily operations, focusing on Fusion Malay Asian cuisine with authentic flavors and high-quality presentation.
Your key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring dish consistency, menu planning, maintaining hygiene standards, and controlling food costs. You should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-volume settings.
We require strong knowledge of Malay culinary techniques, a team-oriented attitude, and creativity in food presentation.
