TKS Estate Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Asian Outlet Manager for our Halal restaurant, D’TIFFIN, located at Jonker Walk, Melaka. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Halal standards, and delivering an authentic dining experience.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise restaurant operations, train staff on Halal protocols, manage guest feedback, maintain stock levels, enforce hygiene standards, and support community engagement.
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years in F&B or hospitality, experience in Halal environments, and knowledge of food safety regulations.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, budgeting skills, and proficiency in POS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
