Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Southern region (Johor, Melaka & Seremban)
Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect is looking for a dedicated Retail Trainer. You’ll identify performance gaps, coach Store Managers and Sales Associates, and manage training for new hires. Engage in creating training programs aligned with company goals and track employee performance.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in coaching or training.
- Retail background, especially in fashion or franchising.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs.
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
