Deskripsi Kerja

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop HR policies to ensure compliance with all employment laws.
• Deliver training programs to foster employee growth and engagement.
• Support performance management through feedback and reviews.
• Address employee relations and resolve concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to align HR initiatives with company goals.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM5,00.00/month
