Deskripsi Kerja
Join our dynamic team at DHL as an Office Operations Intern! In this role, you will monitor and coordinate import ocean freight movements, prepare documentation for customers, and manage supplier invoices. You will also maintain records and filing in accordance with ISO requirements and standards. As a key contributor, you will respond to internal inquiries and complaints while collaborating with other departments on ocean freight needs. Additionally, you will liaise with suppliers, including shipping lines, agents, warehouses, and transporters for efficient ocean freight movements. Lastly, you’ll monitor internal data and system compliance to support operational excellence.
