Deskripsi Kerja
Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Group Managing Director (GMD). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include secretarial support, managing the GMD’s calendar, preparing reports, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required, along with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month.
