Deskripsi Kerja
AP Millennium Consultants is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Professional to assist customers with inquiries related to Registration on the P Miles Card and Customer Data Updates.
Your role will involve answering inbound calls, identifying customer concerns, and providing effective solutions.
Requirements: Minimum SPM, 1 year of relevant experience, basic English and Malay, computer proficiency, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,00.00 per month, plus performance incentives.
Location: TM Annexe 1 Bangsar.
