We are seeking an organized Events Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage corporate and public events. You will coordinate vendors, venues, schedules, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless experiences for guests and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing timelines and budgets, negotiating with suppliers, supervising staff and volunteers, and handling post-event evaluations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required.

Qualifications: 2+ years of event coordination experience, familiarity with event software, and a valid driver’s license preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
