Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Production Line Leader, Packing to supervise daily packing operations, lead a team, and ensure product quality and packaging accuracy. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, meeting production targets, enforcing safety and GMP standards, training staff, troubleshooting packing equipment, and maintaining production records and reports. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in packing or production supervision, strong leadership, knowledge of packing machinery, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Ability to work shifts and support continuous improvement is required.
