Deskripsi Kerja

We are hiring an Airline Customer Support Executive fluent in Mandarin and English for 24/7 end-to-end airline operations. Requires minimum 6 months’ experience in BPO, airline, or travel. Rotational 8-hour shifts (morning/afternoon/midnight), 5 days/week. Duties: customer care, reservations, bulk bookings, notifications, rebooking, credit card verification, queue and email management for corporate/agent queries. Meet SLAs for quality, AHT, and sales conversion. Benefits: KPI incentives, transport allowance, 18 days leave, medical/life insurance, dental RM500, and rewards & recognition.
