Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring an Assistant Processing Manager to support daily operations of the processing department. You will lead a small team, optimize production workflows, monitor KPIs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, coordinate with logistics and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in operations or processing roles, proven supervisory experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and effective communication.
