Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest/service delivery, and lead staff across shifts. You will handle incident resolution, enforce policies, coordinate departments, manage scheduling, and support training and performance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality or retail management, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing procedures, monitoring safety and quality standards, handling guest complaints, and reporting to senior management. A diploma or equivalent and proficiency in point-of-sale or property management systems are preferred.
