We are hiring an MO (Monitoring Officer) to track project performance, collect and analyze data, and ensure compliance with timelines and standards. Responsibilities include designing monitoring tools, conducting field visits, preparing reports, and coordinating with program teams to implement corrective actions. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, 2+ years of monitoring & evaluation experience, strong data analysis and MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
