Join TWO95 International INC as a Customer Success Specialist supporting banking clients. You will represent client brand and values, provide timely multichannel support, cross-sell products, capture feedback, escalate priority issues, and collaborate with the team. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree, have B2 English, 6–12 months banking customer service experience, strong decision-making, time-management, multitasking, and communication skills, and be flexible under pressure. Fluency in Mandarin (Simplified) or Cantonese (Traditional) for speaking, reading, and writing is required.
