Deskripsi Kerja

TWO95 International INC is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives (Banking, on-site) in Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur. Rotational schedule: Monday–Sunday, 5 days/week; shifts 8 AM–5 PM or 2 PM–11 PM. Compensation: RM2,500 total package, RM260 shift allowance, RM1,500 completion bonus after 6 months. Six-month contract with strong possibility of permanent hire. Responsibilities include resolving inbound customer inquiries, applying procedures to meet team goals, supporting and motivating teammates, mentoring associates, and consistently meeting performance metrics while delivering excellent client experience. Requirements: fluent English, diploma or higher, fresh graduates welcome, no experience required but preferred. Start date: October 23, 2023.
