Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure accurate reservation records. Responsibilities include handling phone and online reservations, coordinating with front desk and sales, processing payments, and optimizing occupancy through upselling. The ideal candidate has one to two years in reservations or hospitality, strong English communication, a friendly service attitude, knowledge of PMS and booking platforms, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work shifts and handle peak periods is required.
