You will coach employees, handle guest feedback and complaints, maintain service standards, monitor labor and budget targets, and participate in training. Requirements: high school diploma plus 4 years F&B experience, or a relevant 2-year degree with 2 years practical experience. Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
