Deskripsi Kerja

Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift) at TWO95 International INC in Georgetown, Penang. Onsite, rotational full-time: Mon–Sun 12:00 AM–11:00 AM (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break). Salary RM 3,00++ with extra allowances. Must be proficient in Mandarin and English (B2+), type ≥40 WPM at 90% accuracy, and be comfortable with Windows and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s, diploma, or equivalent; 6 months customer support/call center preferred but fresh graduates welcome. Responsibilities: assist customers with online food orders, handle inbound/outbound calls, process payments securely, escalate priority issues, and collaborate to improve service quality and protect brand reputation.
