Job Number 25185544. Full-time, non-management role based at Sheraton Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Lead a food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest service: inspect grooming, manage opening/closing duties, prepare supplies, maintain FIFO and inventory, and submit maintenance requests. Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, coaching, and discipline while enforcing safety, security, and confidentiality policies. Greet and assist all guests—including those with disabilities—with professionalism and empathy. Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control. Perform visual equipment checks and routine physical tasks (standing, walking, stair use, lifting up to 50 lbs). Other reasonable duties as assigned.
