Deskripsi Kerja
AP Millennium Consultants is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls at TM Annexe 2, Bangsar. This full-time, 1-year renewable contract requires a Diploma, fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, and availability for rotating shifts (5 days on, 2 days off). Responsibilities include delivering accurate information, resolving customer issues, and maintaining professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction. Basic salary RM1,800 plus allowances: RM350 perfect attendance, RM90 shift, RM250 ProQA; total pay RM1,800–RM2,200. In-person attendance required.
