Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain safety and service standards across departments.
Responsibilities include managing shifts, resolving guest issues, coordinating with housekeeping, F&B and front desk, overseeing scheduling, and preparing incident reports.
Requirements: 3+ years in hospitality management, strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and availability for rotating shifts. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
