We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. A high school diploma; college coursework or retail management training is a plus. Must be organized, customer-focused, and able to coach and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
