Deskripsi Kerja
We are relocating our café to Jonker Street, Melaka, with fresh themes and vibes and seek a full-time Café Chef. Candidates must have proven experience as a chef or cook, advanced culinary, baking, and pastry skills, leadership and calm multitasking abilities, excellent time management, up-to-date recipe and technique knowledge, and familiarity with sanitation regulations; culinary diploma preferred. Salary RM1,700–RM2,500 per month. In-person position. The ideal candidate will refine menus, lead kitchen operations, maintain hygiene standards, optimize service flow, and mentor junior staff in a busy tourist setting.
