Deskripsi Kerja
We seek a Director of Partnerships to build and scale a payments ecosystem by identifying strategic partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives. You will lead partner strategy, manage key relationships across issuers, acquirers, wallets and platforms, align product and compliance teams, and measure growth metrics. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in payments or fintech partnerships, strong negotiation and analytical skills, a proven network in the payments industry, and experience managing cross-functional teams and P&L responsibilities. This role will accelerate adoption, increase transaction volume, and expand revenue channels for our payments platform.
