Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team as a Duty Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent guest service. You will manage shift schedules, resolve escalations, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with departments, and prepare operational reports. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts required. Minimum 3 years in hospitality or retail management preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Ability to remain calm under pressure, train and motivate teams, and handle customer concerns professionally is essential. Competitive salary and benefits.
