Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a SMTS Product Development Engineer to drive new product design, prototyping, testing, and qualification. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to define requirements, develop technical specifications, execute validation plans, analyze test data, and support production transfer. Strong problem-solving, hands-on prototype skills, and familiarity with CAD, test methodologies, and materials are required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years in product development or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential to deliver products on time and meet performance targets.
