Deskripsi Kerja
ATX Semiconductor Melaka seeks technicians experienced in semiconductor wirebond (FE), assembly (BE), or maintenance. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment per SOP; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance; recording and reporting anomalies; performing in-line inspections and assisting root-cause analysis; supporting installation, calibration, and equipment repairs; ensuring ESH/ISO/cleanroom compliance; and participating in continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S). Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: Rotational shift. Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay. Preferred: 2 years semiconductor experience and Mandarin. Work Location: In person (Melaka).
