Deskripsi Kerja
ASP Medical Group seeks a Call Center Officer to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, handle medical-related inquiries and issuance of GLs, build sustainable customer relationships, log conversations in our call database, and perform customer service and operational tasks simultaneously. Candidates with prior medical or insurance support experience are preferred but optional. Strong phone etiquette, clear verbal communication, active listening, ability to work shifts including public holidays, adaptability to diverse personalities, multitasking, prioritization, and time management are required. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
