Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team as a Business Development Executive, Leasing. You will source and secure new leasing opportunities, build tenant relationships, negotiate lease terms, and collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize occupancy. Drive revenue by meeting leasing targets, conducting market research, and presenting proposals to clients. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in property leasing or business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
