Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a strategic Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand, demand generation, and digital transformation. The CMO will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage cross-functional teams and budgets, and drive measurable growth through data-driven campaigns, product positioning, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in senior marketing roles, strong experience in digital and performance marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of scaling brands. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, partnering with sales and product teams, and optimizing ROI. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required; MBA preferred.
