Deskripsi Kerja
Magnificent Parade Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a full-time, on-site Crisis PR Specialist to manage digital reputation and public responses. Monitor social media and review sites; respond professionally to inquiries and complaints; draft statements and clarifications; coordinate with internal teams and advisors to ensure compliant messaging; produce sentiment reports and recommend communication improvements. Requirements: 1–3 years in PR, communications, or customer relations; strong writing and composure under pressure; understanding of digital platforms; multilingual (Malay, English, Mandarin) advantageous; experience with analytics tools a plus. Salary RM3,00–RM4,00/month. Benefits: EPF/SOCSO/EIS, annual & medical leave, KPI bonus, career progression.
