Deskripsi Kerja

We are hiring a Lead Client Services Executive to lead client relationships and a service team to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will serve as the main client contact, oversee onboarding, coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor performance metrics, and resolve escalations. Responsibilities include developing client strategies, managing expectations, identifying upsell opportunities, and coaching team members to meet KPIs. Requirements: 5+ years in client-facing roles, proven leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and CRM proficiency. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
