As a Line and Prep Cook, you will prepare ingredients, set up stations, and execute menu items during service. Responsibilities include chopping, portioning, following recipes, operating equipment, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen team during peak hours. Candidates should have basic knife skills, experience in a fast-paced kitchen, a food handler certificate (preferred), ability to follow directions, and flexible availability.
