We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team. You will lead backend architecture, write clean Java code, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable APIs. Required: 6+ years Java experience, strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST, microservices, databases, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. Proven leadership, code review, and agile experience are essential.
