Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support senior leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle cross-border correspondence in Mandarin and English, organize travel and events, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: 3+ years supporting executives, native or fluent Mandarin and excellent English, strong written and verbal communication, advanced MS Office skills, attention to detail, discretion, and proactive problem-solving. International business experience and familiarity with Chinese business etiquette are a plus.
