Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional front-desk service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations and billing, responding to inquiries and resolving guest issues professionally. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or customer service experience and fluency in English are preferred. Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
