Deskripsi Kerja
Lead and mentor a maintenance team for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). You will oversee scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and airworthiness inspections; develop maintenance schedules; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; manage spare parts and documentation; coordinate with flight operations and engineering; and train technicians. Requires 5+ years maintenance experience with UAS or aviation systems, strong leadership, diagnostic skills, and familiarity with avionics, propulsion, and maintenance management software. Certifications in aviation maintenance or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
