Deskripsi Kerja
Join us as an Assistant Call Centre Manager responsible for supporting daily call center operations, supervising and coaching agents, monitoring KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT), handling escalations, optimizing schedules, and driving continuous process improvements. You will assist in training, performance appraisals, and reporting to senior management while ensuring service quality and adherence to policies. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of call center experience, proven leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM and telephony systems.
