Deskripsi Kerja
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator (Pre-Opening), you will support launch operations by developing menus, sourcing suppliers, creating SOPs, managing inventory and budgets, coordinating with design and operations, recruiting and training F&B staff, and ensuring health, safety and quality standards. You will monitor cost control, vendor contracts, and opening timelines while reporting progress to the F&B Manager. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong organization and communication skills, knowledge of menu development and procurement, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
