Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead prospecting efforts, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. You will develop outreach strategies, coach a small SDR team, and coordinate with marketing and sales to optimize pipelines.

Responsibilities include building and executing outbound campaigns, mentoring SDRs, tracking KPIs, and improving conversion rates. The role requires strong communication, CRM expertise, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications: 5+ years in sales development or similar, proven leadership, experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
