Kalexius seeks a Junior Corporate Governance Specialist to manage entity compliance across jurisdictions, draft and maintain corporate documents (by‑laws, contracts, minutes), coordinate with local counsel and service providers, conduct legal research, and support managers with administrative and legal tasks. Requirements: university degree, 1–2 years’ relevant experience, excellent written and spoken English, good Mandarin, strong analytical, proactive, detail‑oriented, organized team player with good communication skills.
