Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a proactive Team Leader – Import & Customs to oversee daily import operations, customs clearance, and compliance. You will lead a small team, coordinate with carriers and customs brokers, manage import documentation (HTS, invoices, B/L), ensure regulatory compliance, resolve clearance issues, and optimize processes to reduce delays and costs. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field, 3+ years’ experience in import/customs with at least 1 year supervising staff, strong knowledge of customs regulations, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with customs systems and audit readiness is preferred.
