Deskripsi Kerja

Lead and supervise outdoor service teams delivering maintenance and field operations. Schedule crews, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Train staff, coach performance, and resolve client issues on site to maintain high customer satisfaction. Monitor equipment, materials, and inventory; coordinate repairs and logistics with operations. Prepare field reports, track KPIs, and assist management with staffing and project planning. Requires 3+ years field supervision, strong leadership, excellent communication, valid driver’s license, and ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.
