Deskripsi Kerja
Full-time, in-person role handling orders and inquiries across channels (in-house website, email, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). Create and maintain product listings; coordinate with sales and operations to keep pricing and stock accurate; arrange product packing and shipping; manage inventories, documentation, filing, and timely administrative reporting; respond to customer calls, texts, and emails; support social media marketing and other related admin duties. Requirements: minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience. Salary RM1,800–RM2,300 per month.
