Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a proactive Fundraising Manager to develop and execute diversified fundraising strategies that support our mission. You will lead donor cultivation, major gift solicitation, grant writing, and events to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities include creating annual fundraising plans, managing donor relationships, preparing proposals and reports, coordinating campaigns and events, and supervising a small fundraising team. Strong communication, analytical skills, and CRM experience required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising or development, proven track record of securing major gifts and grants, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
