Deskripsi Kerja
Lead our QA/QC team as QAQC Manager to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will develop and implement quality systems, establish inspection and testing procedures, manage internal and supplier audits, analyze nonconformances, and coordinate corrective actions with production and engineering. Require Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years in quality assurance/control with managerial experience, strong knowledge of ISO standards and industry regulations, excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Able to prioritize, train staff, and drive a culture of safety and quality.
