Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a BIM Manager for Data Center projects to lead BIM strategy, modeling, and coordination. You will manage multi-discipline BIM workflows, perform clash detection, enforce BIM standards, and integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and IT systems for high-availability facilities. Require 5+ years in BIM, strong Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 expertise, plus experience with TIA-942 and MEP/Civil coordination. Bachelor’s in engineering or architecture, excellent communication, team leadership, and project delivery skills are required. BIM certification or PMP is a plus. Able to work with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure constructible models and on-time delivery.
