Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced Auto Physical Damage Claims Manager to lead claim operations, oversee investigations, and ensure timely, accurate settlements for vehicle damage claims.
Responsibilities include managing a claims team, reviewing appraisals, coordinating with repair shops and salvage, controlling expenses, enforcing compliance, and improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 5+ years in auto damage claims, strong leadership and negotiation skills, knowledge of appraisal and salvage practices, proficiency with claims systems, and excellent communication.
